Summary: The Interim Finance Transformation Manager will support the Group FP&A team in enhancing financial systems and processes during a period of significant organizational change. The role requires expertise in financial systems improvement, process automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position is hybrid, based in London, and is expected to last for an initial six months. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver improvements across the Group FP&A function
  • Collaborate with the external consultancy to help design and roll out new initiatives in the Group FP&A function
  • Use current finance systems to create dashboards and obtain source data for analysis
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to provide accurate and actionable financial insights
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes with technical expertise and data validation
  • Other ad hoc projects across the group function, including improving specific corporate models

Key Skills:

  • Good experience in improving financial systems and tools
  • Process automation experience
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Strong knowledge of best practices across group FP&A functions
  • Experience with FP&A reporting and automation tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, innovative mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Salary (Rate): 500
