THE COMPANY: Global PLC based near Heathrow is currently looking for an interim Finance Transformation Lead to develop future finance models, whilst initiating and delivering Finance Transformation workstreams.They have flexible working arrangements where you are required to be in the office 1-2 days a week however there's flex on this.THE ROLE: Reporting into the Group Finance Director, you will be required to drive strategic change within the Group Finance function.Partner with the Finance leadership team to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system upgrades to optimize finance operations.Design and implement new processes and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Drive change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions during the implementation of new systems and processes.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process changes.Communicate transformation goals, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 10 years + experience in financial or accounting related positionProven experience leading finance transformation projects (system implementation and process improvement)In-depth knowledge of financial systemsPLC experiencePreference for the successful candidate to have an accountancy qualification
