Summary: This role is for an Interim Finance Manager at the UK's largest privately-owned business, focusing on leading the Accounts team and ensuring efficient departmental operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial transactions, including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the Accounts team, ensuring smooth departmental performance.
  • Lead on supplier payments, cash flow, and month-end/year-end activities.
  • Drive the budget and forecast process, supporting senior management with reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC, PAYE, RTI, and company accounting policies.
  • Support audits, tax requirements, and annual activities (P11D, P60, etc.).
  • Maintain high standards of financial record keeping, GDPR compliance, and quality assurance.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.

We’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to assume responsibility for the leadership of the Accounts team and the smooth running of the department.
