  • Preparing annual budgets, monthly forecast updates and short-term cash-flow projections.
  • Co-ordinating the preparation of statutory accounts and managing the annual audit process.
  • Partnering with local teams in operations and sales, as well as central finance teams across Europe and USA.
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting integration into the wider group.

Key Skills:

  • Professional accountancy qualification (or Italian equivalent).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a structured finance environment.
  • High proficiency in Italian is essential, alongside strong English communication skills.
  • A background in the travel or tourism sector is beneficial.

We are seeking an Interim Finance Manager to join a fast-growing company in the travel sector. This role is ideal if you enjoy working closely with local and international teams and are motivated by building robust financial processes within a scaling organisation.

You will take full ownership of the finance function for the Italian business, overseeing all accounting activities, leading reporting cycles, managing audits, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. You'll partner with operational, commercial and central teams across multiple countries, becoming a key contributor to strategic growth.
