Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the full set of accounting activities for the Italian entities.
- Leading monthly management reporting, providing commentary on performance drivers.
- Ensuring adherence to Italian accounting rules, IFRS standards and internal governance.
- Preparing annual budgets, monthly forecast updates and short-term cash-flow projections.
- Co-ordinating the preparation of statutory accounts and managing the annual audit process.
- Partnering with local teams in operations and sales, as well as central finance teams across Europe and USA.
- Contributing to process improvements and supporting integration into the wider group.
Key Skills:
- Professional accountancy qualification (or Italian equivalent).
- 3-5 years of experience in a structured finance environment.
- High proficiency in Italian is essential, alongside strong English communication skills.
- A background in the travel or tourism sector is beneficial.

You will take full ownership of the finance function for the Italian business, overseeing all accounting activities, leading reporting cycles, managing audits, and supporting budgeting and forecasting.
