Summary: The Interim Finance Manager role is a hands-on position within a high-growth fintech scale-up, aimed at supporting the finance function during a critical expansion period. The role is classified as outside IR35, allowing for flexible engagement terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
• Leading and managing the external audit process
• Overseeing supplier payments and managing online banking relationships
• Ensuring accuracy in accounting records and financial reporting
• Preparing budgets and forecasts across multiple entities
• Managing cash flow and ensuring financial stability
• Approving and reviewing contracts
• Overseeing secretarial services and ensuring regulatory compliance

Key Skills:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Previous experience within a Fintech company
• Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, audits, and cash flow management
• Experience working in multinational companies across multiple regions
• Previous experience in scaling, high growth environments (preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience (preferred)
