- Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and wider FP&A activity
- Track and develop KPIs to provide visibility across the business
- Ensure strong controls and audit readiness across finance processes
- Drive improvements across systems, reporting and FP&A processes
- Support and develop junior team members
- Partner with stakeholders to provide clear, value-adding insight
Key Skills:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong FP&A and financial modelling capability
- Confident with reporting, analysis and performance insight
- Solid month-end and technical accounting experience
- Budgeting and forecasting expertise
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Process-driven with good systems awareness
