Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key contact for financial insight, combining FP&A with core finance to support decision-making
  • Lead month-end activity, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Deliver clear reporting packs with meaningful analysis on performance and trends
  • Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and wider FP&A activity
  • Track and develop KPIs to provide visibility across the business
  • Ensure strong controls and audit readiness across finance processes
  • Drive improvements across systems, reporting and FP&A processes
  • Support and develop junior team members
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide clear, value-adding insight

Key Skills:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong FP&A and financial modelling capability
  • Confident with reporting, analysis and performance insight
  • Solid month-end and technical accounting experience
  • Budgeting and forecasting expertise
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Process-driven with good systems awareness

Salary (Rate): £85,000 yearly

Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a great business in Leeds as they look to bring in an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to support through a key period of change.
This is a 12-month contract with strong exposure across FP&A and core finance.
