Summary: The Interim Finance Manager role is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Andover, requiring an experienced finance professional to oversee the finance function during a transitional period. The position involves collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance financial processes and ensure accurate reporting while supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function.
  • Support in preparation and review of weekly business unit forecasts.
  • Monthly reporting of KPIs, P&L reviews, and associated commentary.
  • Analyze and review expenditure within the business unit.
  • Provide business partnering support to key stakeholders.
  • Manage month-end processes including accruals and prepayments.
  • Support and review key elements of the budgeting process.
  • Ensure compliance with financial processes.
  • Analyze capital expenditure requests.
  • Supervise payroll submissions and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Continually seek to improve processes and drive efficiency.
