Summary: The Interim Finance Manager role is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Andover, requiring an experienced finance professional to oversee the finance function during a transitional period. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function.
- Support in preparation and review of weekly business unit forecasts.
- Monthly reporting of KPIs, P&L reviews, and associated commentary.
- Analyze and review expenditure within the business unit.
- Provide business partnering support to key stakeholders.
- Manage month-end processes including accruals and prepayments.
- Support and review key elements of the budgeting process.
- Ensure compliance with financial processes.
- Analyze capital expenditure requests.
- Supervise payroll submissions and ensure timely invoicing.
- Continually seek to improve processes and drive efficiency.
