Detailed Description From Employer:

RM Recruit are working with a Staffordshire based organisation to recruit an Interim Finance Manager for their Team. This will be a key role to cover a planned gap in their team for a period of 3 months and will principally be concerned with managing a large and complex weekly BACS payment process. We are seeking an experienced finance professional who understands the need for accuracy and a forensic approach when dealing with a multitude of suppliers in a complex multisite organisation. Double Entry bookkeeping skills are a must.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the Weekly BACS payment run – reviewing and correcting postings where necessary
  • Banking and other related Reconciliations
  • Overing processes around accruals/prepayments and income allocation
  • Ensuring PO number generation processes are timely and accurate

This role will have a duration of 3 months and will have hybrid working in place (2 days per week required in Tamworth, Staffordshire).
