Summary: The Finance Manager role in a rapidly-growing FinTech company is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in London, requiring a qualified ACA/CAANZ/CA with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience. The position involves preparing statutory accounts, collaborating with stakeholders for financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal control frameworks. The ideal candidate should be adept at handling large data sets and be available to start immediately or within two weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and prepare the statutory accounts of multiple international entities whilst being a key point of contact with external auditors
- Partner with stakeholders across finance and various departments to support on financial reporting and obtain key financial information where required for audit submissions
- Support on financial control processes and internal control frameworks to ensure departments adhere to internal policies
- Assist with month-end delivery, leading on balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments, journals
- Work across large data sets and coordinate with data teams to improve reporting and data efficiency
Key Skills:
- ACA/CAANZ/CA qualified from the big 4/top 10 accounting practice in audit
- 2-3 years post qualified experience in industry
- Group financial reporting experience, with proven exposure to supporting or leading on a group company audit
- Highly skilled and strong user of MS Excel and handling large data sets for quality
- Immediately available or within a maximum 2 week notice period

I am exclusively partnered with a rapidly-growing FinTech business who are currently looking for a Financial Reporting Manager for a 6 month fixed-term period during a time of pivotal reporting activities
The role is suited for a qualified ACA/CAANZ/CA from the big 4/top 10 accounting practice in audit with at least 2-3 years post qualified experience working in a Financial Reporting position and has the ability to make an immediate impact
