- Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including Board-level colleagues
- Knowledge of public sector environments or local authority trading companies (LATCos) is advantageous

Working closely with the Chief Executive and Board, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening financial leadership, embedding a robust finance function, and supporting the organisation’s transition towards a more commercial, data-led operating model.
