JSS Search are partnering with a boutique investment management firm who operate within alternative assets in finding an Interim Finance Director to join on a part-time basis. With finance operations currently outsourced, the incoming Finance Director will play a pivotal role in streamlining internal financial processes , establishing robust controls, and laying the groundwork for scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize all finance operations, transitioning from outsourced functions
- Implement efficient financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks
- Provide strategic insight to support growth and investment planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership on financial governance and decision-making
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in finance leadership in financial services, ideally within real estate or asset-backed sectors
- Strong track record of organizing and professionalizing finance functions
- Comfortable operating in a hands on sole charge finance role
