Finatal is working with a private equity backed SaaS business based in Manchester. The company is roughly 18 months away from exit, but currently due to go into audit season.

A new CFO has joined recently and needs an established no.2 to assist them with further professionalisation of the finance function, improve controls & processes and manage a team of 3.

PE & SaaS experience are strong nice to haves but a hands on Finance Director that is local to Manchester is essential.

Ideally, you ll have a track record in:

• Working in a leveraged or debt financed environment





• Professionalisation of finance functions





• SaaS / recurring revenue experience





• ERP implementation





• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
