Key Responsibilities:
- Redefine and standardise the accounts and reporting framework.

- Make insightful recommendations based on understanding of the business.
- Mentor and support the wider finance team through the transition process.
Key Skills:
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
- Strong background in financial reporting and the transformation of systems and processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with confidence to challenge and lead change.
- Experience with Sage 200.

The opportunity
As Interim Finance Director, you will play a key leadership role in reshaping the financial reporting and management information structure of the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will:
- Redefine and standardise the accounts and reporting framework.
- Develop and implement best-in-class MI that supports informed decision-making.
- Quickly build a deep understanding of the business, its operational complexities, systems, and processes, so that you can make insightful recommendations.
- Mentor and support the wider finance team through the transition process.
Key requirements
