Summary: The Interim Finance Director role is a 6-month position based in the Midlands, requiring a strong second-in-command to assist the CFO with exit plans for a Private Equity backed multisite retail business. Key Responsibilities:

- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.

Finatal is currently partnered with a Private Equity backed multisite retail business. This £100+ million turnover business is actively pursuing an exit and needs a strong no.2 to support the CFO with their exit plans over the next 6 months. The ideal candidate has been through an exit as a no.2 before or led a divestment. Ideally this individual also has experience liaising directly with PE investors. As well as supporting the CFO with the exit, you will also be leading the day-to-day finance practice and ensure business standards are kept during this transition period. This position is 4 days per week in the Midlands. You must be able to commute here within 1 hour.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
- Private Equity Experience is desired but NOT a necessity
- Having a PE exit experience is highly desirable.
