Interim Finance Director

Summary: Private Equity backed IT business is seeking an interim Finance Director to navigate a period of change. The role focuses on financial process improvement, system upgrades, and evaluating the target operating model and team structure. The ideal candidate should have experience in a Private Equity environment and familiarity with the Tech/IT sector. This position is outside IR35 and offers a daily rate between £650 and £850 for an initial 9-month contract.

Private Equity backed IT business are looking for an interim Finance Director to support them through a period of change.

Main focuses of the role will be:

• Financial Process improvement, specifically around Financial Reporting
• System improvements/upgrades
• Looking at their target operating model
• Potentially looking at the structure and staffing of the team

They require someone who has worked within a PE environment before, their ideal candidate would have worked in a Tech/IT space also to understand the business ASAP.

Outside IR35, 650- 850/day and 9 month (initial) contract. Interviews happening mid to late September for a start in October.
