We are seeking an accomplished Interim Finance Director to support two mid-sized service-led businesses within the Group. You will work closely with the leadership team of each entity and report directly into the Group CFO, playing a pivotal leadership role during a period of alignment, improvement, and strategic change. This is a highly influential assignment suited to a senior finance leader with experience in complex, people-driven environments such as consulting, accountancy, corporate services, financial services, or other professional services settings.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrable track record delivering work outside IR35.

The role is outside IR35, and can either be offered as a Day Rate or FTC. You will be primarily office based (North West) with some hybrid flexibility. If you are a seasoned interim finance leader with experience shaping and stabilising finance functions through periods of significant change - and you enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and confidence to complex environments – this could be the right opportunity for you.
