Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA or CIMA)
- Proven experience as a commercial astute and hands on Finance Director within the legal sector, professional services or multi-entity environments
- Strong background in post-acquisition review, integration, and transformation
- Hands-on, commercially focused, and confident in fast-paced, PE-backed settings
- Proven track record of driving improvements
- Be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of strategic, commercial and operational activities to deliver objectives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

This is a key role with high impact as your task will be to lead a review of two acquired businesses to assess what needs to be implemented to increase the performance in tandem with their strategic plan.
