Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day management and oversight of Financial Accounting, Finance Business Partnering, Systems Accounting, and Accounts Payable functions.
  • Collaborate with senior finance leaders to establish and deliver a financial strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Embed a proactive finance business partnering model within operational teams.
  • Oversee rent and service charge management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement robust financial governance structures and controls across the organization.
  • Identify and manage financial risks, particularly around rent arrears and service charge recovery.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a large finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Skills:
