- Developing and enhancing financial models to support pricing, investment decisions, and growth initiatives
- Providing decision support on key strategic initiatives, including new markets, products, and investment opportunities
- Building and developing a high-performing FP&A / commercial finance team
Key Skills:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven track record in FP&A and commercial finance roles within PE-backed environments
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into insight
- Highly commercial, with experience partnering senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Confident communicator, able to operate effectively at board and investor level
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

As part of this journey, we are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director with a strong FP&A and commercial background. This role is focused on delivering high-quality financial insight, driving performance, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded FD who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate financial data into actionable strategy.
