This is a high-profile, influential role at the heart of the business. You will be partnering closely with the UK Managing Director and group leadership to optimise performance, drive growth, and ensure world-class standards across the portfolio.
As Interim Finance Director, you will own the financial strategy and operations for the UK hotels, ensuring each property performs and exceeds expectations. You will embed a culture of commercial excellence and robust control, safeguard assets, and enable data-driven decision-making that enhances profitability and enhances guest experience. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, where you will shape business plans, oversee major investments, and drive efficiencies across the portfolio.
