Key Responsibilities:
- Producing monthly and year-end reports as well as oversight of management accounts
- Commercial support, strategic analysis, and decision support to the SLT
- Business partnering with SLT
- Managing the P&L and balance sheet
- Building relationships with external accounts and assisting with queries
- Improving the quality of variance analysis and assessing time utilization
- Leading the growth strategy from a finance perspective
- Building and restructuring a best-in-class finance function making improvements
- Implementing new processes and assessing the efficiency of systems
Key Skills:
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA Qualified
- Creative industries background (Music, TV&Film, Live Entertainment, Marketing / PR Agencies)
- Scale-up journey experience
- Royalty accounting experience (bonus)
