Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to the board to support high-level strategic decisions.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering growth and driving efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, enhancing efficiency across financial operations.
- Lead financial planning for key projects, such as expansions and major working capital investments.
- Ongoing development and preparation of the strategic plan, budget, and forecasts.
- Preparation of all monthly financial and management accounts, including reporting of costings and financial performance.
- Ensure appropriate financial and management controls are in place, communicated, and effective.
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Substantial experience in private equity-backed businesses.
