Interim Finance Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support an established finance team.
• Improve the quality and timeliness of management reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR).
• Provide commercial financial insight to support senior leadership.
• Support ongoing finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with operational and senior stakeholders across the business.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous Finance Director or CFO experience within a UK law firm.
• Has strong working knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR).
• Has experience improving finance functions, reporting and controls.
• Is a confident leader with experience developing finance teams.
• Is commercially minded and enjoys a hands-on approach.
• Can work from the London office 2-3 days per week.
