• Support the organization through an imminent COO departure and year-end processes.
• Assist in preparing for government funding bids and senior recruitment outside of finance.
• Make informed accounting decisions and ensure accuracy in bid proposals.
• Communicate effectively and motivate teams while navigating cultural challenges.
