Interim Finance Director Brighton/ Hybrid working £120,000 + benefits, 6 month FTC Grafton Banks Finance is working with an SME business in Brighton to recruit an interim Finance Director for the next 6 months. This is a vital role within the business, providing continuity and robustness across the finance function during a period of transition in the business. The role will manage the finance team, lead the year end and audit, and lead the budget process, whilst providing continuous support to the Board. We are looking for a technically strong Finance Director (this role is focussed on delivering the accounting and reporting, rather than a commercial or strategic role) who is an expert in financial control, reporting, and audit, and who has strong team management skills. The role requires someone comfortable working in SME environments and being hands on.
