As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director, for 3-6 months with the potential for the role to go permanent, to lead and scale their finance function. This is a pivotal role for a strategic, hands-on finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can guide the company through its next phase of growth.WHAT YOU LL DOThe Interim Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, financial modelling, forecasting, cash flow management, financial controls, and system optimisation. You will play a key role in consolidating group accounts and ensuring the finance team is equipped to support the company s strategic objectives. This interim role requires a highly experienced individual who can hit the ground running, offering both leadership and technical expertise during a crucial time in their growth.Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
