Finance Director 6 month contract Day rate - Outside IR35 Pearse Professionals are supporting a private equity-backed technology business looking to carving out a newly acquired business from its former parent. We are supporting the search for a Finance Director to lead this carve-out and deliver the finance transformation, systems and integration agenda.

The Role: Lead all finance workstreams through the carve-out, including TSA management, separation planning, and post-acquisition integration. Partner closely with the PMO and transformation teams to align finance initiatives with broader separation and integration milestones.
