Summary: The Interim Finance Business Partner role in the manufacturing sector involves providing financial insights and support to operational teams within a respected organization in the Tiverton area. Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Delivering clear and actionable financial analysis to support strategic decisions
- Monitoring performance against KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting cycles
- Contributing to cost control and value-for-money initiatives
- Ensuring financial governance and compliance across projects
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally within the manufacturing (experience with defence is a added bonus)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (onsite presence required)
Salary (Rate): £400 daily
