Summary: The role of Interim Finance Business Partner involves providing financial support and guidance to budget holders within a well-regarded organization in Northampton. Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly meet with budget holders to review financial performance, identify issues, and provide advice and recommendations.
• Support the annual budget setting process, working closely with budget holders to understand their plans and translate these into budgets.
• Produce and explain financial reports, ensuring budget holders understand the financial information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Act as a trusted advisor to budget holders, helping them make informed financial decisions.

Key Skills:

• Part qualified within CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
• Significant experience in a finance business partnering or similar advisory role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful insights.
• Understanding of public sector is an advantage.
