Interim Finance Business Partner

The role

• Own and manage cost areas, building strong relationships with operational stakeholders
• Challenge and support stakeholders around cost performance and future spend
• Provide insightful cost analysis and management information to key non-finance stakeholders
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for operational teams
• Support month-end, including balance sheet reconciliations and performance analysis
• Develop robust reporting and analysis using advanced Excel
• Support business cases and wider commercial decision-making
• Present findings and areas of concern to senior finance stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Qualified or QBE accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent experience
• Strong, proven Finance Business Partnering experience, ideally gained within a large, complex organisation
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large volumes of data
• Commercially minded, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working at pace in a complex environment
