As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to provide financial insight, challenge and guidance. You will lead on financial planning and reporting for your business areas, support strategic delivery and help drive performance.

The Person
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who brings:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence, challenge and negotiate
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide meaningful business insight
- Line management experience with a focus on coaching and development
It would be an advantage if you have experience in the regulated social housing sector, though this is not essential.
