Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to finance, operations & sales teams.
- Monthly management accounting.
- Supporting the new ERP implementation during transformation period.
- Driving efficiencies, process, control improvements across management reporting.
- Work with stakeholders to drive efficiency, profitability, and commercial decision-making.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for your business areas, ensuring alignment with company targets.
- Provide clear financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support performance management and strategic planning.
- Translate financial data into meaningful insight that influences operational outcomes.
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in management accounting or a finance business partnering role.
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
