Summary: The Interim Finance Business Partner role involves delivering financial and commercial support to stakeholders within one of the UK's largest telecommunications providers based in Belfast. The position requires effective communication of financial performance and the ability to influence business decisions through advanced financial modeling and stakeholder management. The role is designed to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency while fostering collaboration with the finance team in India. This is a 12-month contract with hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate financial performance clearly to non-finance audiences.
- Utilize advanced Excel and financial modeling skills on large data sets.
- Influence business performance positively through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage various projects under tight deadlines.
- Provide advisory and coaching support within the team and across the organization.
- Lead and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting.
- Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Ability to drive best practices and local ownership in financial reporting.
- Fully qualified accountant or further qualification supporting specialization.
- Experience in using data and financial modeling to inform senior management decisions.
