- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and sector-specific regulations
Key Skills:
- CCAB qualified accountant with experience in Social Housing
- Strong knowledge of fixed assets, VAT (including VAT shelter), and financial controls
- Skilled in interpreting and communicating complex financial data
- Confident working with financial systems and Microsoft Excel
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a small team

The Role:
As Finance Business Partner – Assets, you will play a pivotal role in supporting investment, compliance, and the repairs & maintenance budgets. You will be responsible for management accounting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting, while also supervising the Asset Accountant. You will work closely with key stakeholders to provide trusted financial advice and drive value for money.
