The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation's income processing and cash management activities. Responsibilities will include:
- Processing and reconciling income from multiple sources, including retail and fundraising.
- Managing cash and banking reconciliations.
- Supporting accounts receivable and income-related finance processes.
- Assisting with the development and improvement of financial procedures.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
About You
We are looking for a professional who can quickly adapt, work independently and build positive working relationships. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or similar finance support role.
- Strong experience with income processing, cash management, banking or accounts receivable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A proactive, dependable and professional approach.
Experience within the charity sector is not essential. Candidates with transferable experience from other sectors are encouraged to apply.
