  • Working closely with operational and commercial teams to explain performance in practical, understandable terms

Key Skills:

  • Part-qualified or actively studying (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Experience in commercial finance or management accounts, ideally within an SME or FMCG environment
  • Strong Excel skills, with confidence building models and dashboards
  • A commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and ask the right questions
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance colleagues

Interim Finance Analyst Location: Northampton | 3 - 6 month initial contract The opportunity This growing FMCG business is looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to step in and provide immediate commercial insight. This isn't a back-office number-crunching role you'll work alongside budget holders and senior managers to influence decisions, track key KPIs, and ensure the business is performing to plan. You'll have the autonomy to shape reporting, highlight risks, and support growth initiatives from day one.
