Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic finance partner to the Individual Giving team, supporting senior stakeholders with timely and insightful financial analysis.
  • Lead on budgeting and forecasting for Individual Giving campaigns, ensuring alignment with income targets and organisational goals.
  • Produce robust monthly management reports, offering commentary and recommendations to drive performance.
  • Track fundraising income and expenditure, ensuring accurate coding, monitoring ROI and evaluating cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Support year-end processes and provide ad hoc analysis as required by the Head of Fundraising Finance.

Key Skills:

  • A recognised CCAB qualification (or qualified by experience) with a strong background in financial analysis and business partnering.
  • Charity sector experience, specifically in fundraising finance, with a solid understanding of Individual Giving and its financial drivers.
  • Proven ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with the confidence to challenge and influence.

Are you an experienced finance analyst with a passion for the charity sector? Do you have hands-on experience partnering with fundraising teams? Can you bring immediate value through insightful analysis, budgeting and performance reporting?

Robertson Bell are supporting a well-regarded charity to recruit an Interim Finance Analyst to support the Fundraising Team, with a specific focus on Individual Giving. This is a pivotal three-month contract, ideal for a sector-experienced finance professional who can hit the ground running and provide analytical and financial management support across fundraising income streams.

  • Act as a strategic finance partner to the Individual Giving team, supporting senior stakeholders with timely and insightful financial analysis.
