Immediate start availbale for a talented and motivated Senior Estates Surveyor to join a supportive Property & Technical Team. You will help manage and develop a diverse property portfolio, delivering valuations, estate management and property transactions. The role includes negotiating rent reviews, leases, licences and wayleave agreements, as well as supporting the marketing, acquisition and disposal of land and property. You will also mentor team members and provide expert advice to internal stakeholders. You should be degree-qualified (or equivalent) along with MRICS (Registered Valuer status would be ideal), with strong experience in property valuation, estate management and land/property transactions. Public sector experience is helpful but not essential. We are looking for someone with strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and excellent communication skills, who can work both independently and as part of a team. A full driving licence with access to a vehicle is key to the delivery of this six month contract.
