Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ERP programme end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Coordinate across business and technical workstreams, ensuring alignment and risk management
- Act as the key link between executive stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners
- Provide governance, steerco reporting, and programme-level assurance
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of delivering ERP programmes (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite and operational teams
- Experience working with offshore/nearshore teams and international travel
