Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the maintenance team, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Maintain PPM schedules and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and stability to the engineering function during the interim period.
- Support CAPEX projects and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Schneider PLC programming and fault-finding.
- Shire CMMS familiarity.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Previous engineering management experience in FMCG or high-speed manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediately available and able to commit to 4-6 weeks on-site in the West Midlands.
Salary (Rate): £80,000 yearly

Contract Terms
