Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen the employee relations function
  • Look at embedding process improvements from a recent audit
  • Refine and strengthen processes and policies
  • Build manager capability to mitigate risk by developing guidance and training
  • Support with some casework but this is a low volume role
  • Implement recommendations from the audit to strengthen the ER function
  • Improve ER reports and data processes
  • Develop manager training on investigations, disciplinaries, appeals and grievances
  • Strengthen the ER function to improve high performance and align to the organisational strategy
  • Develop and maintain clear ER standards, templates and guidance or ER documentation

Key Skills:

  • Previous ER experience
