Summary: The role of Interim Early Careers Recruiter is a contract position until March 2026, specifically for French speakers, based in a City of London office. The recruiter will support the Early Careers Team in managing recruitment processes for internships and graduate roles across the UK and France. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for early talent roles across the EMEA region (predominantly UK & France)
  • Recruit for internships and graduate roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, university partnerships, student organisations
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial screening calls/interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Organise career events (campus fairs, employer presentations)
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and manage candidate communication
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and employment legislation
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide timely updates and reporting on recruitment metrics

Key Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in roles such as recruiting coordinator, recruiting assistant, ideally within the Early Careers space
  • Fluency in French
  • Experience with using an ATS
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Excel, including data gathering, consistent metric tracking, and report preparation

Interim Recruiter (contract until March 2026) French speakers only Circa £180- £220/day City of London based office location- 2 days/ week in the office Start ASAP Signet are partnering a Global consulting firm, based in London to find an Recruiter on an INterim basis until March 2026, (and must be French speaking) to help support their Early Careers Team with support for their location in France, and also the UK office, and this will be until March 2026! This is a fast paced, and busy business with lots of programmes and hiring to keep you busy in this role.

The Interim Recruiter is responsible for the coordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview and assessment scheduling, reporting and working with the teams on logistics for various recruitment events. This position will work with senior leaders in the Early Careers team, to support both Internship, and Graduate programmes across the 2 locations.

  • It is critical you are a French speaker- you will not be able to be considered otherwise
  • Experience with using an ATS

They are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, so you must be on short notice (within 2 weeks) or available immediately, This role is inside IR35 and you will be employed by Signet, and on our payroll.
