Summary: The Interim Divisional Finance Director will join a consumer-focused, multi-site business in the West Midlands for an initial 6-month contract outside IR35. This leadership role involves supporting strategic initiatives, guiding financial operations, and leading transformation efforts across the division. The position requires collaboration with the Group CFO, CEO, and Board to ensure financial sustainability and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough review of the current finance team structure, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, capabilities, and collaboration.
• Lead the delivery of cost initiatives and transformation projects to enhance operational effectiveness and support sustainable growth.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the organisation's objectives and adapting to market conditions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Group CFO, CEO, and Board, offering clear financial insights and supporting informed decision-making.
• Ensure strong financial controls, accurate forecasting, and transparent reporting to aid commercial strategies.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain positive stakeholder relationships across multiple UK sites, with occasional travel.
• Lead, support, and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous learning, inclusivity, and high performance.

Key Skills:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
