The post holder will play a critical role in shaping the long-term vision and financial strategies, ensuring the achievement of objectives and continuous performance improvement.Please note that as this is a Director level role, the successful candidate will need to undergo full Fit and Proper Persons checksTo achieve the ambitions placed upon One LSC, the position requires someone who will undertake the following duties:Develop and execute the One LSC financial strategy.Accountability for strategic oversight, decision making and financial performance across One LSC.Contribute to the broader strategic and operational development across One LSC.Provide financial advice at Board level.Provide outstanding financial services to partner organisations, with accountability to Provider Directors of Finance, as the organisations statutory officers, being through the MD for OneLSC and CSESCResponsibility for compliance with required accounting standards, to ensure integrity of Annual Reports and Accounts to the satisfaction of external auditorsManagement of communications with external stakeholdersPreparation of financial plans and budgets as well as management accounts.Full Duties Can Be Seen In The Job Description.Our partnership brings together the five NHS provider Trusts with the Integrated Care Board (ICB) in Lancashire and South Cumbria to improve health and healthcare.This is about working together as equal partners to make sure patients, their families and communities benefit across the whole of the area.The aim is to reduce health inequalities and improve services, outcomes and people s experiences of accessing healthcare.
