The Opportunity
A high-growth challenger bank is launching a new, digitally led wealth platform and is seeking a senior Digital Product and Platform Director to lead the build. This is a rare opportunity to create a modern wealthtech proposition from the ground up within a regulated banking environment, with full executive sponsorship and commercial accountability. The platform will blend digital-first delivery with differentiated advice models, enabling the bank to scale into new customer segments while materially improving the customer experience and reducing cost-to-serve. The Role
You will own the end-to-end design, build, and launch of a wealth platform. Operating as a start-up within the bank, you will define the product vision, shape the operating model, and drive delivery through cross-functional squads. You will be accountable for translating customer needs into scalable, compliant digital products and for delivering tangible commercial outcomes.
