• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
• Manage and optimise online campaigns across various digital channels
• Analyse campaign performance and report key metrics to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with overall marketing objectives
• Oversee content creation and ensure consistency with brand guidelines
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and apply them to ongoing campaigns
• Coordinate with external agencies or partners as needed for campaign execution
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards

Profile

• Proven success in a digital marketing role within the FMCG space
• Good understanding of balancing D2C with retail
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, tools, and analytics
• Experience in managing end-to-end digital campaigns
• Deep level of understanding when it comes to working with brands, digital platforms, CRM
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• An understanding of branding and content creation principles
