Our client has an immediate requirement for an experienced Academic Dean to be responsible and accountable for the quality of academic delivery at their London Campus, including the quality of delivery of courses and associated student support and services You will be accountable for the delivery of an excellent student experience, and for ensuring coherent and integrated delivery of academic and professional services at the London Campus to support student success and the student experience, as well as establishing and maintaining effective management and line management structures, including the management of workload profiles for academic staff Driving effective collaboration and communication with colleagues in relevant Schools (including Deans of School, Associate Deans (UK Partnerships) and Principal Academic Partnership Leads) to support the development and enhancement of courses and the student experience, you will ensure colleagues at the London Campus have access to training an continuing professional development to support both the effective delivery of their roles and responsibilities, and their future career development.
