  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience with integration tools such as Boomi, Celigo, or Mulesoft.
  • Exposure to data governance, master data management, and system architecture principles.

  • ERP/CRM Domain Expertise
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of NetSuite architecture and data models, including ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), Items Master, Chart of Accounts, Multi-Entity, and Subscription Billing.
  • Interface with Salesforce CPQ data structures to support quoting, contracts, pricing, and subscriptions.

  • Post-Migration Enablement
  • Support data quality and monitoring frameworks post-go-live, ensuring continuity of reporting and issue resolution.
  • Build automated reconciliation processes between Salesforce and NetSuite to ensure data accuracy across the quote-to-bill lifecycle.
  • Collaborate on future-proofed tooling, enablement documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
