Summary: The role is for experienced custody lawyers to undertake a 4-month contract with a leading investment bank. Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of custody legal documentation with internal and external customers.
- Provision of legal guidance and expertise to the Custody Services business lines.
- Understanding the various legal and regulatory requirements of the Custody business and providing legal support.
- Advising business, risk, and relationship managers on the potential legal risks involved in changing documentation.
- Building relationships with various internal stakeholders such as local legal counsels, product, risk, relationship managers, and implementation contacts.
