Key Responsibilities:
- Cost and revenue reporting
- Business partnering with project managers regarding budgets and spend
- Manage month-end processes, including adjustments and reconciliations
- Drive working capital and cash flow improvements through robust billing processes
- Lead a small finance team
- Deliver detailed financial analysis to support margin growth and operational efficiency
- Oversee overhead reporting, cash forecasts, and strategic financial planning
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to inform business decisions and promote best practices
Key Skills:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Experience in Projects based Engineering, Construction, or facilities industry
- Group reporting experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong systems understanding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in implementation of finance systems or change projects (advantageous)
